ZOOM Gathering: A Vigil of Presence. Inviting Peace.
A Vigil of Presence. Inviting Peace.
This Sunday evening, We're opening a quiet room on Zoom. It won't be a discussion. It won't be a presentation.
It will be an hour of sitting together in peace — people from different perspectives, different beliefs, different sides of whatever divides us — choosing to share space without needing to resolve anything.
You're welcome to bring whatever helps you settle into stillness: a journal, a book, something you're knitting, watercolors, a cup of tea, a text that matters to you — or simply your breath and your attention. Your loving heart is all that’s needed.
We're inviting you. And we're asking you to consider inviting someone — a friend whose views differ from yours, or simply someone who might need an hour of peace. Not to debate, but to sit beside.
This is almost impromptu. I felt called to gather before a dear friend leaves the country, and I didn't want to wait for perfect timing. Sometimes the right moment is simply the one we're in.
